I have a space I run to when I am frantic. Beside myself. So overwhelmed I can no longer function. Debilitated. A friendship I once knew as genuine, disintegrating. Not real. Lost.

In the physical world I seek out the woods. A park. Anywhere with trees.

But I am no longer in the physical world. I am in my world. I have gone deep into the forest - my forest - the space ‘mini Kat’ found. This is my secret place. It’s where all the shiny creatures live. Dragonflies, beetles, butterflies. No one can find me.

I am safe.
