Kat Art Retreats, Rjukan

My signature workshop 3-4 day retreat takes place at the KAT ART STUDIOS, Located in the UNESCO world Heritage town of Rjukan. With the stunning Hardangervidda National (mountain) Park as our backdrop, we will work both in the studio and outdoors, creating a laboratory for experimentation, play, reflection and fun. A space for spontaneous, non-judgemental creative self-expression. 

Drawing on my own practice of self-discovery through intuitive painting, I invite you on a creative journey where you will be encouraged to explore the sensory nature of art and authentic expression. Experience the feeling of pure bliss while you learn to surrender yourself to your creative process with joyful abandonment, allowing yourself the freedom to just be. 

Our focus will be on loosening up, tuning into all our senses, releasing expectations and welcoming creative expression back into our daily lives. There is no requirement for previous drawing or painting experience.
